And the way we do almost all of our deals is we're going to pay you 25% a year for four years of whatever we collect. So as we raise our fees, you get 25% of that new fee. We eliminate your administrative headache. You don't need to go chase them down. It just eliminates all the things that we hate about the profession and allows us to do things we like to do.
