What if Nothing Needs to Change?
Questions arise when we're practising new meditations or hearing about new theories. What if what's being called for at those moments is to turn on the light of mindful awareness? We don't see that, although it can sometimes work for a while, it can often make things worse in the long run. It reinforces the idea of right and wrong, with the inner critic concluding the getting it wrong.
