How to Ramp Up to Higher Training Volumes After a Competition

The idea of doing normal snatch doesn't feel right because post comp and things are supposed to be different. The reason you want to ramp up and start doing that and build back up to higher training volumes is that in order to make progress, you're going to have to train with large volumes.
