How Do I Determine Whether My Market Category Is Good or Bad?
For two years i've decided there was no good starting point. I can't really assess whether my market category is good or bad if i don't understand differentiated value and target best fit customers. So you actually got to go, what are my competitive natives? Like if i didn't exist? What would a customer do? And then i can say, ok, well, what have i got that they don't have? That's my differentiated capabilities. Then once i've got that, i can says, ok, i counld go sell this to anybody, but what are the characteristics of a target account that make them really care a lot about the value that i alone can deliver
