Do You Use Electrolytes?

I have a massage gun, I have chiropractor that comes when I need him for like an hour and just tissue massage. So to keep the injuries at bay,. I sometimes do cryo, a red light. I take naps. Hydrate eat when in the summertime when it's here in Dallas really hot and humid, I use the you can hydrate but you can use whatever. But I do replace my electrolytes and I do much, much better. If I don't use them, I'm crashing in the afternoon and my blood pressure is in my eighties. It makes a big difference.
