Is There a Smiley Face at the DMV?

No American airports give a shit about how you feel. There's none of those machines at the DMV either. The people that are often listening to the feedback, they've already made all of the fixes and it's good. That's really like Amazon knows what they're doing. They know that they can measure it. And then when I came back from there to New York JFK, I was fucking looking for this thing. I was about to just smash it and they didn't have one.
