A lot of the book really speaks about is that you become the observer of your thoughts, right? Like I think you use the word that you become like the silent watcher as these thoughts arise. And sometimes that's actually a pretty cool process. Well, it's watching the matrix rather than being fully embedded inside it. When the time is to actually act on it or do something about it, that's the time that you approach it or the other one.
