The Importance of Bar Weight in Beginners

If somebody's bench press looks poor, we can lift heavier using a one board and that bar path will stay the same. Adding bar weight is not always the best means of helping fix their technique. We use chains a lot to prepare ourselves to handle heavier weights. So it might be after a meet, you might see chains in there just because at the top is a little heavier so you can feel it but it's easier to recover from.
