How to Safely Get Back to Training After an Injury
Don't underestimate the importance of a gradual build up in your return to training. Sleep is when everything is really happening because there's nothing else for your body to do. And then yeah, the number two is just stay moving. For there's just so many benefits. It's you can maintain a little bit of fitness, but also there's all these neurochemicals in your brain,. like the serotonin, the dopamine, all of that that just help your mood and work through it.
