Are the Multiples Corrected a Fairly Good Thing?
There's absolutely no question that some of the multiples that you're seeing now are implying substantial growth for a long time. That said, that's a fair, fair way of saying, corrected a fair amount when you factor in sales growth and multiple compression to day. We ask the question, is it possible that l t vs are harder to come by to day than they were 20 years ago? And if so, what does that mean for the current vintage of early stage, unprofitable sophoware businesses? Can you just apply the sort of long term 30 % operating margin and state to all these businesses? That's a question. I don't know the answer to that.
