Most people hire or even, you know, outsource contract work, etc. The most expensive or highest value thing. And my philosophy is, no, let's maximize your time to do that craft the most because it's what you're monetizing at the highest level. Like when I could start getting away from my computer an hour or two earlier at the end of every day and didn't have to worry about all the emails and the scheduling,. It was a very nominal cost but the impact was huge. So with that in mind, when should somebody started thinking about this? As soon as possible.
