Just Do Your Dishes

When we're already feeling like lethargic, it doesn't take much to have some kind of thought about expended energy. Just go do the dishes because there's either a dish to wash or a dishwasher to empty. Once I'm standing, oftentimes I'm inclined to do a little bit more. But that's huge. It's total dishes math. If I just do it, I really can have it done in 15 minutes. That's what I hear in my head. The one that you hear all the time from cleaning people and they say, just do your dishes,. So if I don't know what to do, I have no idea where to start.
