i would do things differently if i were, say, going to be training for a 50 kilometer race versus a hundred mile race. The order of operations of how i would kind of plug in specific workouts and the timing of all that stuff would be different. So it gets a little confusing to people when they just hear ultramarathon a as to what what exactly they're doing within the context of that. And the hundred mile distance just happens to be kind of my favorite, the one i focused on the most of my ultur running career. It's the one that made the most sense to do the deep dive in for me.
