The Reflex of Twitch

A year ago, CNN's John Sutter removed the Twitter app from his phone. He still has a reflex to post something he's thinking about while out walking around in the world. But by choosing to constantly comment on the action, you effectively remove yourself from the game of life. You no longer feel the flow of really sinking into a good conversation without distractions.
