Back end perfectionism that would be thing difficulties finishing letting go of a task. A lot of adults with ADHD have saying I really have to earn this or you know pay it back somehow. Changing distorted thoughts there's a lot of different ways to do it but one metaphor we like is when you think if you think about the negative thought as a prosecuting attorney making a case against a task against you If it's a low self-esteem thought oh you know I'm not a good person I mess up all the time.
