The Importance of Running in Recovery
As triathletes, we're pretty lucky that usually you can still continue training in one or two of the other sports if you can't run. So at least for me, that's what I focused my energy on. And it's how I got to be a better cyclist ultimately. Going to the pool after a track workout is actually great recovery. Technology now helps us stay healthier and recover better when we do get injured.
