What Are Seed Oils?

Seed oils are a subcategory of vegetable oils that come specifically from seeds or grains, which are technically the seeds of grasses. Seed oils have by far the highest content of these fats than any other food. These fats are found in all foods in very low amounts,. But in seed oils, they're found in abundance. And so throughout this conversation, I'm sure we'll be talking about linoleic acid and omega 6 as well as seed oils.
