There's six pillars to lean, healthy, muscular body. They correspond with how I eat, how I move, how I think, how I breathe, how I sleep and the environment in which I do them. Those are the only six inputs that we have control over as humans. Look at your calendar and say, what brings me joy? What am I doing that I love? Right? And so exercises that opportunity to develop the confidence, the character, the commitment to follow through.
