Is It Safe to Do More?
Trevor: I thought this was really an interesting study, especially based off of what we had just talked about with Dr. Stacey Sims. The WHO has no guidance on what happens if you do more or less exercise than 150 minutes a week. It's just an understanding of what these 42 women did. And frankly, we know that a lot of women are probably doing more than that. Some are definitely doing less, but a lot are probablydoing more.
