The Importance of Having a Differential Diagnostic Test

I think we sometimes fall into the trap of this feels kind of roomy so you just do the A&A and then it comes back sort of weird like I prefer to have a differential in mind rather than just checking for something. There's a lot of a nays being ordered and people really don't know why they're doing it yeah but there's a little bit of time that can be built into some of this. It's an iterative process and know why you're getting the test right now. You never want us to miss somebody who we could have caught earlier sure.
