can see as a switching process really because what you could say is that if inflammation is present we are in muscle damage repair mode. As long as we're in muscle damagerepair mode we can't go back into hypertrophy mode i mean that's the simplest way i think we could view this. If we create calcium ion related fatigue in the first place so if we were doing say partial range of motion exercise or contract position exercise and low volumes of that type of exercise i would say give you a very little very little muscle damage yeah.
