I think customer service is undergoing a generational change as in once the generation change. I tend to believe that it's going to have, you know, foundational impact on so much of just general life. The other thing to change for us is I'll see the last year we made a decision kind of go all in on this area of customer service and that kind of even if the other tectonic shifts hadn't happened,.
