How to Increase Your Power Lifts

People spend a lot of time trying to load up a weighted dip. From my understanding, that might not be in your best interest. Can we get strong by doing some of the things that you mentioned as it pertains to the main lift? So as it would pertain to say a squat, a bench or deadlift. And if you're trying to have some transfer over into some lifts because you're a competitive power lifter, do you feel that you could potentially do some of the exercises that you're talking about and get strong just from using them without really utilizing a bench squat or deadlift? Yes, you can actually increase your power lift by strengthening the contributing muscles individually.
