What's Your Chronotype?

There's something called chronotype, and that is determined based onou there's kind of a quick and easy way to figure this out. You can identify what is the time that you would wake up in the morning. And then same deal, when would you go to bed? And pick the mid point of that. That determines your chronotype. So for example, i like to get up very early. ILike to get up between five and five 30. I go to bed a nine, nine 30 p m. About 50, 80 % of people are foll ows or larkwrights. A one hour of time within your optimal otype zone equates to four hours outside
