How to Convince Actors to Agree on AI Alignment

I think unfortunately we probably need both. I don't know if giving a property would make a lot of sense. But yeah, I'd say that it's probably something feasible. And the five years timeline what is costly is time. So like we really need to like buy as much time as possible. Potentially try to talk to actors that are racing right now and try to make that they race less. Just like going in Ask China, hey, can you go less fast? Can you just like slow down so we can build a giant aligned faster than you?
