Do You Have a Goal in 20 Years?
When i was 14, i wrote down that at age 64 i wanted to be able to squat, snatch and clean and press for my basic workout. 50 years after i wrote that, i'm still focusing on the snatch and the press. And i think there's some value in the fact that i'm doing the movements themselves. So maybe a thought for you is to say, okay, in 20 years, here's a series of things i want to be doing.
