Generational Trauma and Systemic Trauma
I'm curious, your perspective on generational trauma and in that term, and systemic trauma, inherited trauma. Do you have thoughts around that? Is that a thing? is that a buzzword? I know it's kind of maybe a vague question, but I'm curious if anything lights up for you, hearing those words. Yeah. So I do believe that trauma gets passed down, patterns get passed down. You know, abuse gets passing down, all these things.
