How to Explain MMM to Non-Technical Folks
I've been trying to think of analogies to explain MMM to non-statistician non-technical folks. I always feel like an analogy is a way to get that aha moment from people. So the one that I'm working on isn't necessarily explaining marketing mixed modeling by itself, but it's, have you heard the three blind men in an elephant parable? I think yes. But I remember right now. It's awesome, actually. Does that land with you? It lands. Oh, they really like it. Definitely.
