When I'm playing tennis I sometimes notice that there can yeah I can get a lot of tension in my body as you were talking about before and well I recently noticed that the tension was really strong. When we did that it went way better with I had less tension and I could play better um so yeah it's clear that there's there's a fear of yeah of not being good enough to to be good enough and to perform and to win that kind of creates the tension.
