If the bar is too high for people to begin, it's a useless effort. The subtitle my book is, find your focus on your attention. Invest 12 minutes a day. We're doing this because we want to have more agency over our mind. And most of us could say, ok, i'll give good a shot that amount of time. It wasn't due a minute o day, because we were finding that that wasn't sufficient. As long as our data supported it was worth doing.
