Do You Manage Your SDRs Differently Than You Would Be in a Product Company?

Science is currently about, as we're recording this, call it 1,100 folks. Of which a good fraction of those are SDRs. So from a production standpoint, do you manage the SDRs differently than they would be if they were just like in a product company selling a product? You know, that's a really interesting question. I don't know what the best word or ways to describe this is. Or SDR work is still one to one. There's a lot of room for creativity. And even at scale, we also try to leave room and hold space.
