If an athlete is not having fun, it's typically whatever they're strong at or they enjoy doing. From a training perspective, go let them go off and do that. And i think, you know, simplifying that as like, it gives you, again, this barometer for where you're at and what are you trying to do. But you can't ever get too far away from that, otherwise, again, it's just this,. you know, road to dedenville, as i call it.
