So for example, I've learned through being on DBT team for a couple of years that anytime you say, but in the middle of a sentence, you've just negated everything you've just said. Molly: The thing that's helped me the most practice this skill is identifying the two sides,. Eliza: figuring out what is opposing what here. If you're in a conflict with someone, you can identify what that conflict is about and how your perspective differs from theirs.
