Sally Kohn: We've all been guilty of these things or sometimes I think product management finds themselves in situations where they really feel the presence of these dysfunctions, but they don't know exactly what to do about them. The first one is we call the hamster wheel and that's like an obsession with purely internal metrics. Number four is a science lab, almost like experimentation for experimentation's sake. And then number 10, the throne room, which you can probably imagine is that person with the biggest title, but also the least context is the person who ends up making all the decisions when it comes to product.
