How Do You Move?

I did know about the powerful effect of nature and fractal patterns. But I find it incredibly difficult to act on my own knowledge. How do you move? Like, what is your movement kind of,. I don't want to use the word routine, but like your plan, your intention? Having a very demanding dog that was, he's part New Zealand sheepdog - they're bred to run up and down mountains for 14 hours straight, barking loudly. So we get a five mile usually walk in in the morning. Then there is some sitting involved, but what I try and do is act on the research that shows. There are declines in brain function over long, long periods of time
