How to Market in a PLG First Way
The marketing side of PLG is something that maybe gets underexplored or is like an even more important to get right than folks realize. It's as much work on the marketing side and how you acquire users as it is on the products in my mind. You have to find extremely scalable ways of making your product discoverable by users when they need it. If you just feel the great self-serve product and you're not changing any of your marketing, that PLG motion's going to fail, right?
