If I was going to open a facility now, I probably wouldn't just move about my local big box gym that I hate and put a rack in it. You're playing catch up all the time on the back foot all the time because there's always zero in the back. And then you're working hard, but you have to be invested because the thing that you need wasn't there in the first place.
