You Don't Need Food Before You Workout
I find personally, if I eat a meal and then go to the gym two hours later, I have to slog through it. Your muscles are filled with glycogen by then. If you got good rest, your central nervous system is primed and has plenty of neurotransmitters to feed muscle. So I love training fast. And I also learned this from Melinda Watford in his book of doves diplomats and diabetes. When you train fasted and your training has an element of risk, your body handles the food differently that you eat because what it does is it uses more of it to super compensate for the next time you get into this gym. But anyway, do we miss anything?
