How Many Days a Week Should I Run?

I truly still believe that a lot of the people I see just generally speaking have been kind of underloaded for even though they're running. It's usually for me like two days a week and I just want to get a solid baseline because I'm not trying to crush them. A lot of runners don't need too much plyos especially when they're running at the time as you're going to be starting them off with extensive plyos, usually obviously anyway. The blows is a tricky one to give to them because you probably need to decrease the running load to increase a little bit of plyo work. Yeah I do agree with you 100% and I use the you had mentioned cleaning up
