If you practice concentrating for 60 second periods, that's how long you can concentrate. All we have to do is just look at ourselves and we can see who are making progress. I didn't feel uncomfortable after eating pizza. And I didn't collect, oh my God, I ate too much. I'm making progress. If only we could get people to concentrate on ads that much.
