Teach Form With Cattle Bells

Cattle bells are nice because they are very forgiving when youre first learning form. When you hold a kettle bell, like, letsif the bells on the back of your wrist here, it is activating a nerological pathways in the body. Just bringing the 12 kelo kettle bell from the porch into the house felt like a workout. The other really amazing thing with the course is i am not a hachimoti expert in terms of environmental factors and so i had to do it for myself, but not my im exercise gal.
