Jeff: I've even kind of gone so far as to kind of cut down on a lot of my sets and just slow the eccentric way down because they do feel like more work with less repetitions and pretty equal time. The one thing that I kind of played around with was eliminating some of the direct work on some of the smaller body parts like let me not do direct rear delt work or trap work for example.
