Is There Any Way I Can Ever Control My Stress?
I do probably 15 to 20 minutes of meditation every morning and every evening. I can genuinely hand on heart say, I'm not feeling any external stress at the moment. So for anyone who's kind of thinking there's no way I can ever control my stress, I think I've been quite blown away by how powerful it's been. Not instantly. It's been about two years of practicing building up, but the build up's been so worth it.
