Staff at within a elly county department of public health take a 50 minute break during their, you know, they're two allotted breaks, and they go outside for a walk. Studies show that being outdoors, seeing nature, even if we're in an urban centre, can still see trees or birds. And it gets us outside into the sun. We have pretty good weather here in california, so most of the time we're able to walk, weather permitting.
