There's lots of pitfalls, i thinkwat one of them is that go too big too soon. And a couple of paper places have overcooked the the rush to the intructional when they haven't really had thee people ready to do it. So something which is quite frustrating is bad coaching. I always think it's better to say, ok, guys, here's the set of tollk. It's what we think we should read. Theno agree a couple of priortes, and let's get some fee back from you. And then we're going to come to a consensus, and then we'll agree that’s what it is.
