Do You Taper Athletes Psychologically?

Mentally, i think any time you start peakintg an athlete, ah, physically, they feel great because the low the volume, enticity has all come off. Psychologically, ah, it's just sort of that this is building to this crescendo of what we're trying to do. And yes, there's but anxiety associate with it, because it's hard, and youre doing something hard. That's also normal. But i thinka the confidence in that comes from knowing that the preparation o te planning was was tip top. So its you now, i think that psychology piece habit has had to be developed over the course of time and through the training
