Is There Asymmetry in Ankle Mobility?

The most common complaint we hear, i have tight hemstrings and tight hip flexors. The cause is rotation. If you have lack of of range of motion of one ankle in comparison to the other, that should be a sign for you that there's no symmetry with your ankles. We're going to have an effect on that same pathway that controls the intrinsic muscles of your spine,. which means that your brain's going to feel that you're more stable.
