The Conflict of Interests in Supplementing

Don't just take blanket claims made by whatever health influencer or magazine article or TikTok influencer whatever. Don't assume you're deficient and don't just take something because everyone else is taking it so that's the first, first and foremost kind of number one rule. Once you figure out your need I think then the next question to ask is can I get this nutrient from my diet oftentimes a supplement isn't required if it's something like iron or something like calcium. A few minor dietary changes can makeyou not deficient in that it's not going to occur overnight.
