The Fog Behavior Model
Behavior happens when three things come together at the same moment: motivation, ability and a prompt. A habit will happen if I had motivation, ability, and a prompt to make it easier for me to do something. So you don't put a foot and post it or an alarm, you use your existing routine to be a prompt. For putting on sunscreen, it would be after I put away my razor from shaving, I'll put on a drop of sunscreen. For flossing, it'd be after I brush, I will floss, but I made it tiny.
