There's a sweet spot for the amount of physical activity on an individual basis that probably varies by person and things like that. And I, you can kind of also think about it in relation to sleep, right? So it's like, you know, people might be sleeping a certain amount and they may stand to benefit from a learning standpoint. If they slept a little bit more, even if that meant that they spent a little bit less time studying in the classroom.
